I created Sundays as a sacred space for myself—a time to slow down and recharge. From 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., I unplug.
No phone calls.
No television.
No social media.
Just quietness, soft jazz, reflection, and planning for the week ahead.
But somewhere along the way, I allowed life to interrupt this part of my life that I know is important. The demands, distractions, and busyness slowly found their way back into this sacred space I intentionally created for myself. So, I'm taking it back, again.
So I’m resetting my Sunday reset to give me time to organize my priorities, think about the week ahead, and create space for both my personal life and Mosaic Way.
After more than 30 years of creating seamless experiences for others, I'm reminded that I need to create that same intentionality for myself.
This isn't about productivity. It's about peace, preparation, and protecting the space I've created to recharge. Because sometimes, resetting means returning to what you already know you need.
What does your Sunday reset look like?
